Claims management

We have expanded the range of our service offering, our customers now have the possibility of outsourcing the entire claims processing workflow, entrusting us with this delicate task.

We take care of the process at 360°, in all its phases:

  • scan
  • classification of incoming documentation from various channels (mail, PEC, fax, paper)
  • opening the claim on the management system of the company or on applications specifically developed on our systems
  • management of the follow-up relating to the claim

All these operations, implemented based on the customer’s specific processes, are performed by highly trained personnel, applying industry best practices.
